What types of cases do you handle?  We handle ALL Criminal and Traffic Cases (from speeding tickets to drug distribution to murder).  We also handle Violations of Probation, Juvenile Matters, MVA Hearings, and Personal Injury cases.

Can you guarantee the outcome of my case? NO.  It is impossible, and unethical, for an attorney to guarantee the outcome of a case.  We can, however, guarantee that we will provide excellent and aggressive legal representation, advise you of all possible outcomes, and give you advice based on our many years of experience.

Do you charge for an initial consultation?  There is no charge for an initial consultation.   Just call or email to set up an appointment.

How much is your fee for representation?  It depends on the nature of your case. We will quote you a fee at the initial consultation.  We handle all criminal and traffic cases on a flat fee basis.  That means the fee remains the same regardless of the number of court appearances required or whether the case is a plea, a bench trial, a jury trial or a dismissal.  The price and terms of representation will be provided in writing at the initial consultation.

What type of payment to you except? We accept cash, checks (if tendered at least 2 weeks prior to the trial date), money orders, MasterCard and Visa.
